Once again Tyler came through with a great recipe. The filling was flavorful and tender, and the sauce was the perfect foil for the richness of the shrimp inside. Making the dough and the raviolis was a lot of fun and very satisfying.

I'm always looking for flavorful ravioli recipes, this was delicious! To save on the fat content, I use wonton wrappers instead of the homemade dough...still delicious!

Just got a pasta machine a few weeks ago, and I've been waiting to make some ravioli. Decided to make these on a whim and I'm not disappointed. By far the best thing to come out of my kitchen yet. Also the dough recipe for ravioli here succeeded where others did not. was perfect for rolling out in the machine and cooked up perfectly.

I made this recipe with Wonton wrappers and it was awesome! The sauce is great, make extra. I didn't have a shallot so I just used onions and garlic. Very yummy, I will definitely be making this again :

Thank you Tyler for the best, most scruptious meal I have made in a long time. I plan on making this often and for entertaining - I can't wait to share this with friends and family! The only thing I will do differently next time is double the yummy sauce. This is going to be a staple in my house.

A little difficult but you can save time by buying WonTon wrappers and substitute them for the pasta dough. This is a wonderful recipe.

This is the easiest and most complete recipe for ravioli that I've been able to find. Thanks!
