Loved this recipe... certainly felt like I was in Kitchen Stadium while stir frying it all!

This is one of the best fried rice recipes I've tasted. I substituted the napa cabbage with plain old green cabbage. It did not take away from the flavor at all. My boyfriend and I loved it so much that I made it again the following week. This time I added the soy sauce as shown in the recipe. We didn't like it as well. Next time, I'll cook it just like the first time.

    This recipe is a winner!

Will never get take out fried rice again. Fixed this for dinner and it was great.
Used 1lb of shrimp and it wasn't too much for the quantity of rice (we love shrimp. Also added some bean sprouts at the end for some crunch. Excellent recipe!

I made this fried rice and the dim sum from the same episode...both were really yummy. I made one adjustment: instead of using 3 whole eggs in the fried rice I used 1 whole egg and the 2 yolks left form the dim sum. It was great, worked out very well and I didn't have to wonder when I was going to use those 2 yolks!
Only one question; my fried rice was very flavorful but 'blonde'...how do the restaurants get it so deep brown?

Thanks Tyler...every recipe I've tried of yours is a winner!

and so did all my family. I served this at a dinner party for family and friends. All raved about it. Easy to prepare and very favorable. I think it is better than I have had at a Chinese restaurant. Thanks again for this easy to prepare dish. You are my favorite on the FN.

So easy and so yummy! I used brown rice from my local Chinese Restaurant instead of white and it was delicious and made it very flavorful and added a bit of "crunchyness."

My son loved this recipe and was so much more healthier than take-out fried rice.

Make sure to buy the rice from a take-out restaurant instead of making it! This certainly makes life easier.
