Good flavor, but we were fishing for the veggies and shrimp. My husband and I prefer traditional ceviche. Maybe it was my fault though....sorry Tyler.

I did not use as much lime as the recipe called for, probably about 3 limes. I also omitted the chiles. It tasted absolutely delicious.

Way too much lime juice. I would make this again, however I would only use 1 or 2 limes. The Kitchen Goddess.
