I must say.. This was one easy and quick DELICIOUS recipe!! I didn't have white wine so I didn't add it period. But I once I served it on my plate I added feta cheese and it was out of this world!!!

Love this. I used 1/2 shallot, 4 cloves garlic but same amount of lemon juice and white wine for just one svg. Also made a buerre manie to thicken the sauce a bit. Tyler is my "go to chef"!

I made this for the first time this evening..followed Tyler's directions to the key, but added more minced garlic, as we are garlic lovers here! Also added McCormicks granular garlic to the sauce..had to use half linguini and half spaghetti, as we only had 2 open boxes..I recommend this recipe, but as a good cook knows, Adapt! We thoroughly enjoyed my version of this dish!!!

Very tasty. I love the way this guy cooks anyway, I have been watching Tyler for some time now. The biggest secret in this recipe being extraordinary is using good olive oil. Carothers' Olive Oil is the best, really the best olive oil on the market. Still a challenge to find. I do not think I can put a URL here but Carothers' does have a website and it is easy to find! Check it out and I know you will be pleased you did!

So good!! and quick. I bought shrimp because I wanted shrimp scampi and had no idea where I was gonna find the recipe. I found this one and will use it in the future when I'm in the mood for shrimp. I didn't have white wine so I used chicken broth. Also didn't have shallots so I used onions. This was heaven!!!! Got my shrimp and pasta fix.

Use some of the pasta liquid to moisten the batch

I love this pasta! So light, yet robust in flavor. Only edits I made were to cut the butter in half (didn't miss it at all and to add a large handful of halved cherry tomatoes at same time that I added the parsley. Oh and I use fresh rather than dried pasta. I will make this again and again.

Not only was this scampi recipe easy to make, but it tastes as good as any scampi I've had at any restaurant. It's absolutely delicious! A definite keeper.

My husband and I just love this dish. It's easy, tasty and fit for any occasion. Be sure to add a good wine to the meal and don't go making any changes, because it is perfect just the way the recipe is written.
