    This was a great and easy. I will probably add a little more olive oil and wine to the sauce next time though, just so that there is more at the bottom of the plate.

    Excellent recipe. A friend made it for me. Many years have gone by since I've eaten shrimp scampi due to a bad experience. Absolutely delicious!

    Added a few cherry tomatoes at the end, doubled the wine, and added a little chicken stock, we like alot of sauce. Also added a bit o lemon zest for that extra zing. Instead of adding the extra oil and butter at the end, to thicken it just a little I rolled a bit of room temperature butter in flour and added it off the heat. Divine!!!!
