...and very easy. I think it's a wonderful base from which one should tinker a little. Most importantly: USE MORE GARLIC. (But I tend to like my garlic scampi with shrimp in it!. One thing I'd recommend is to not drain the pasta too well and throw it into the pan a tiny bit wet (or possibly be a bit more generous with the OO. Mine got a little bit sticky in the serving skillet on the table. It was super fast and really easy, though -- looks really impressive for guests.

My daughter wanted dinner in a hurry. I wanted to make Shrimp Scampi. This accomplished both, was easy, quick and very tasty. Thanks Tyler!

I was looking for an easy recipe for Shrimp Scampi -- and I found it here. The lemon juice and white wine give it a bright, light flavor. I'd definitly make this again.

this dish was easy, fast and fabulous. I feed it to teenagers, the pickiest eaters of all, and it all went. The receipe is great to serve to a crowd family style. I used grocery store frozen shrimp with tails on, and they were fabulous, so it can be economical as well.

At first, I was a bit skeptical about how easy it was to cook, and I was also worried about how my end result would be. However, it was completely easy to make - on my own, I made a great, delicious dinner for my family that night, and I'm only 14 years old!

This recipe was very easy to make. It was like going to a restaurant but without the bill at the end. When you add in the pasta it absorbs all the wonderfull flavors of the wine. Definetely will make this one again.
