This was delicious and boyfriend had two helpings! I used chicken broth instead of wine...I had drank it all the night before..oops! Loved the garlic flavor yummm and the shrimp were seasoned perfectly, just like shrimp scampi. I'll make sure to remove the tails next time before adding back to the pan, made it difficult to eat! Will make it again for sure.

Ive never made shrimp scampi before and thought I would try this since it looked yummy and fun to make! I only used 1 slightly larger shallot instead of two, and I did forget the red pepper flakes, but it turned out great anyway, it was light and sweet, it tasted and looked amazing! This is definetly a keeper and a dish to impress the inlaws with! Super easy, super yummy!!

I've used this recipe for years, it is the ONLY recipe for scampi I will (ever use. I love it for many reasons, but I LOVE that it is not over "liquidy" (if that's a word! I don't like a soggy scampi and this one packs super flavor but just enough sauce to be soaked up by the shrimp and pasta without being mushy. It is wonderful! Thank you Tyler, this is a WINNER!!! To everyone else who hasn't tried it, make AS IS, no need for additions or substitutions! :D

This recipe was delicious! I made it for the first time today for lunch. Very simple and easy. I'll definitely be making this again. I may add some yellow and orange peppers next time, but aside from that, I really like this recipe and dish.

This recipe is an absolute win. The shallots sweeten the dish very nicely. It was a big hit for valentine's day.

Easy to prepare and is a nice light meal, but not as flavorful as I thought it would be.

Delicious! Easy!
The only thing about this recipe that I changed was that instead of using red pepper flakes, I used a little big of cayenne powder (only because I didn't have any flakes.
Go make this NOW!

Love this recipe and it's even better the next day for left over lunch. I add more chillie peppers and garlic than the recipe asks for.
