I've made this recipe at least 7-10 times and it's one of my favorites. It's become a go-to. I pump up the garlic some, though, and add romano cheese in the final stir.

This dish is fabulous. The only thing I did a little different was I used about 3/4 lb. of pasta and I added the zest from the lemon at the end. Superb Tyler!!!

Awesome!! I have made this several times and love it!! The only changes that I made were to add the lemon zest since I'm sqeezing the lemon for juice anyway and only a couple of tablespoons of the pasta water. If I have fresh basil I will chop up a few tablespoons and add that tooI serve it over Trader Joe's Lemon Pepper Pappardelli Pasta. YUMMMMM!!

Yum - this was delicious and super easy to make. Even my super-picky hubby said he'd eat it again (and this only happens with a handful of recipes. I usually try to make the recipe exactly as written the first time, but for this one I added the capers suggested by other reviewers. My only change would be to add more garlic and reduce the lemon juice a bit when adding the capers (which are also citrus-y. I'll definitely make this one again!

very good ... had to double the recipe to get more flavor for the pasta. Family loved it and asked me to make again. One of my favorites!

I thought this was lacking in flavor. I even added 3 extra cloves of garlic and more than a pinch of red pepper. Considering the cost of shrimp, I doubt I'll ever make this again. And I made a special trip to Trader Joe's for the Charles Shaw wine recommended below.

Shrimp Scampi is my Favorite. This is a great recipe, I put a little twist to it and added Broccoli to the pan with the oil. It really brings out the flavors and is delicious. You certainly can't forget to serve cheesy garlic bread to soak up all those wonderful flavors. I made a great Ceasar Salad and it was a great meal for the family.
