I am going to make this tonite for dinner. I thought I would add some artichokes to it as well as the capers. Artichokes make anything taste better...It will be delish!!!

This fairly standard recipe has been one of my "go to" recipes for years! Hint: Always use a good white wine. I buy CHARLES SHAW at TRADER JOE'S for under $3. Yep, if you know the story behind this wine, you will to! As a personal chef, I use a lot of wine, but keep the cost down and the flavor up for my clients with Charles Shaw. Try it the next time you make this great dish. Thanks for printing it our Tyler.

Far and away the BEST Shrimp Scampi recipe ever! I've made this many times, it's simple and always a big hit. I use the shrimp shells to make shrimp stock which I use instead of pasta water. It really intensifies the flavor. Tyler's recipes are consistently terrific and dependable every time!

This is the simplest and tastiest shrimp scampi recipe I've ever used. For 2 people I reduce the amount of pasta & shrimp and don't need to add reserved water to finish. it never disappoints.

I have been eyeballing this recipe for some time, and finally made it last night. It was truly delicious. I used a Sauvignon Blanc white wine with it, for those that always wonder what white wine goes best with it. I added 1 cup of the reserved pasta water (since the printed recipe doesn't state how much, and probably could have added two pinches of red pepper flakes. There was more than enough left for leftovers. Im a southern girl that loves good food and I highly recommend this one. Its very easy, especially if you have everything prepped in advance.

Made this for our Friday Lent fish meal and we really liked it. I let the wine/lemon reduce for a few minutes and only added 1/2 cup of reserved pasta water. I prefer my sauce to be a little thicker. Next time I make it I'll probably add some more lemon, maybe another half. We also added capers instead of salt at the end.

"Excellent!" This is the best scampi! My son even liked it. You can taste every ingredient. Touch of lemon, touch of garlic and shallot. In my dish I used less garlic and shallot. That is just my preference. But if you really like garlic and shallots go for it.I would make this again. Actually tonight we are trying this with mahi mahi instead of shrimp. Just to be different.
