I was pleasantly surprised when I tasted this "healthy" smoothie. I now make all my smoothies with tofu...it gives it a very creamy and light consistency!

This smoothie was so good. I substituted strawberries for the raspberries and Equal spoonful for the honey. Excellent, and I rarely use tofu.

Excellent smoothie! I can barely taste the tofu, although I wouldn't mind if I could, because I like tofu. Sometimes I like to use frozen strawberries instead of frozen raspberries, and banana instead of pineapple (pineapple makes my mouth itch. Great for breakfast, and it keeps you full too.

Taste good. I would not even know there was tofu in it if I had not made it.

I love this smoothie, you can't taste the tofu at all, it's really smooth. Sometimes I prefer to use blueberries instead of rasberries, or even a mixture of berries.
