Seved with grilled filet mignons for Christmas dinner. Absolutely delicious. I did substitute baby argula for the watercrest and shallots for the frozen pearl onions. Loved the flavor combinations. This recipe is a keeper!

Next to Mashed Potatoes with Kale this is my next favorite.
5 STARS.... All the ingredients seem a bit strange to mix together but amazingly they all complimented eachother and made for one pot of amazing smashed potatoes.... I left the skins on the potates. It was an absolute delight. THANKS TYLER!!!!

I made this for Christmas Eve dinner for my parents and it was a big hit! A definite crowd pleaser (and also much simpler than it looks. I didn't bother to peel the red skins away, they add another color and more nutrients!

Second time around, at Thanksgiving, cut out the lemon and served with the turkey and it was a great success. Next day the bubble and squeak made with the brussels sprouts was just awesome.

My hubby really liiked this take on mashed potatoes. It's a nice change to plain mashed potatoes, that's for sure. Will make this again.

Used fresh English peas and didn't peel the potatoes but it was delicious. Also good the next day. Fantastic with the salmon.

All the flavors meld together very well and the lemon gives is great freshness. I use fresh peas just because I love fresh peas. Very yummy. Standard receipe in the house.
