Just tried this one. I was out of chicken stock, so substituted vegetable stock. Worked just fine and I now know how to cook delicious southern chops. That makes three things I can cook well!!! Woo hoo!!!

This recipe was easy and the results ... delicious! I wasn't a fan of pork chops until now.

I didn't have buttermilk, so I substituted sour cream (6 oz and my husband couldn't stop raving. It was delicious! I'll definitely make this again.

Very good. I saved some of the seasoned flower and used it to thicken the gravy.

The pork chops were fab. We had them for brunch with grits and eggs over easy and apple fritter toast. For anyone that doesn't know to make gravy from scratch, this is super easy. You are going to love these pork chops.......

Absolutely love this recipe. I have made it twice now and my husband and I agree its a keeper. They are so good you want to pick the chops up and eat them.

Very easy! Added mushrooms and extra broth and buttermilk for more gravy. Next time, I might try baking it in the oven in the gravy prior to adding the buttermilk, so the meat falls off the bone a little more. But amazing flavor! My family loved it.

My entire family loved this recipe. My husband said it was the "best pork chop" he's ever eaten. My 6-year old daughter, who we generally have to fight to get her to eat, begged for seconds. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
