EXCELLENT. The pork was very tender and juicy. The gravy was just perfect, not too thick! I substituted savory for the chopped parsley which gave it a nice spicy touch.

Delicious & simple. I doubled the amount of pork chops that I browned & set aside 5 pork chops for tomorrow night's dinner. Sauce is very tasty & I had all the ingredients in my fridge already! This is a keeper.

Best pork chops I've ever had! My husband didn't like pork chops until he ate these, now he loves them.

Excellant pork chops. I used low fat Buttermilk and it worked out very well. The gravy was very tasty. I put salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder on the chops before I dipped them in the seasoned flour. I added the parsley to the sauce before adding the chops back into the pan. This is easy and a keeper. I will be making this often. I may also add some Marsala wine to the sauce.

This was amazing; my boyfriend said that it was the best meal I had ever made. I added mushrooms to the gravy and served with spaetzle. It was very flavorful!

I used 1/2 the amount of flour with the same amount of seasonings, with an extra dash of cayenne pepper. The pork chops ended up very moist and flavorful, and I still had more than enough seasoned flour for the 4 chops. I made whole grain rice and roasted asparagus. The result was a quick meal that was delicious and will find its way into regular rotation.

I fixed this for supper tonight. I did put the seasonings on the pork chops instead of the flour, and then seasoned the sauce. It was delicious. I served it along with German Red Cabbage, and, mashed potatoes.
