It was very good, the whole family loved it. I used boneless pork chops and didn't have any problems.

I can't understand why everyone else has rated this so highly! I followed the directions exactly, changed nothing, and my husband and I both thought it was boring and bland. The recipe calls for a fair amount of dry seasonings, but perhaps they all stayed in the flour dredging dish, because we sure couldn't taste any seasoning at all on the chops themselves. If I were to make this again (which I won't, after dredging the chops in flour I would heavily season them again in the pan. I'm giving this recipe 2 stars because the chops were moist and juicy, even if they were pretty tasteless.

My Dutch husband who likes pork cooked in a traditional Dutch way, LOVED them, said it's one of the best I've cooked in the 6+ years I've lived over here! (He's not an American food eater. I tweaked it a bit using half the amount of low fat, in place of buttermilk milk, and added sour cream. I also added mushrooms and shallots after browning the pork chops then added the flour. So happy I Goggled and found this today!

Terrific and easy. I added small shitake mushrooms and 1 clove of garlic prior to adding the chicken stock. It turned out amazing. Coupled it with charred greenbeans with ground mustard and tarragon.

I've made this recipe twice and twice my teenage children have verbally commented that it was WICKED AWESOME! We are from Boston :. I didn't have buttermilk so made some with vinegar and regular milk. I used pork tenderloin instead of pork chops.

Love love love this recipe. I used more chicken stock and no buttermilk. I added the flour mixture until I was satisfied with the consistency. It the perfect amount of spice!!!

My daughter who doesn't like pork chops loved these and so did I. I have made them a few times so far and tried milk instead of buttermilk once and it turned out fine. I never use all the flour called for in the recipe though. Not for someone counting calories but a nice change. gg Tyler!
