This is such a great recipe! And, it's relatively quick, and very easy. We don't really like thick pork chops, so I use pork steaks or regular-slice pork chops (not the very thin breakfast sliced and just adjust the cooking time a little. The buttermilk gives the gravy a great flavor...thanks, Tyler, for a great recipe that can also be very economical.

My husband and I didn't think it had much flavor. Pork chops were a bit dry.

Wow! I even impressed by brother-in-law! I have been over cooking chops all these years! We served wit rice and broccoli and it was a meal! I even had a chop left over for the next day and it was still juicy and so tasty. The green onion and parsley garnish was a great little extra. The gravy was so good, I added some buttermilk and broth for extra. Will definately make these again!

very easy and fast. The only thing that I changed was that I used heavy cream instead of buttermilk. Will definately make again !

Fabulous! The kids really enjoyed the prepping (we seek out recipes that have moderate to difficult prep work, but this was pretty easy....and I was happy that we had all of the ingredients on hand. The gravy is so delicious and creamy and we all loved the mild kick of the cayenne! The girls agreed that this goes on our "favorites" list.

Tyler, you did it again. I'm officially a fan now!

I made this recipe tonight for dinner. It was absolutely DELICIOUS! I have to say, one of the best pork chop recipes I have cooked! My 8 year old daughter ate every bit of it!! I will make this recipe again! Thanks Tyler!

I actually had all the ingredients for this dish and needed some comfort food after a tough day. This hit the spot! So, so good and easy to throw together. A keeper!

This is such an amazing dish! I was able to improvise as I did not have all the ingredients at home and did not feel like going to the store. Instead of onion and garlic powder I used 2 teaspoons of " Knorr chicken flavor". Carnation evaporated milk as a substitute for buttermilk and I used 1/2 cup of flour as oppose to the 1 cup flour. It was a lot even for six pork chops. This came out sooooooooo goooood!!!!!!!! My side dishes were baked potatoes and salads. The next day i took the left over pork chops to work for lunch and used the gravy as salad dressing. yummy! Great recipe. I will definitely be trying this many more times.
