Everything was great! Easy to prepare and delicious...I only changed it by putting the chops with gravy in a baking dish and baking 30 minutes...SUPER tender!

These prok chops were so easy to make. They are great on a night when you don't have a lot of time. They had a great kick to them but they weren't too spicy. I loved them.

Tender and delicious. Also, substituted boneless chicken breast for the pork chops.

Not much of a gravy person however, the gravy in this recipe is light and tasty. Buttermilk works much better than regular milk. Made this Yankee feel Southern. Thanks!

I made this recipe with a thicker boneless pork chop and sliced it. It cooked in the gravy. It was creamy and full of taste. My son had two servings and he is just 7years old.

The taste was excellent. Better than my Grandmom's recipe, but the chops needed to be cooked a little longer than suggested.
