as my kids would say, which is a good thing. i used to make them with the cream of mushroom soup, but NO more. this recipe replaces that in a heartbeat. i did take the advice of one reviewer and added a onion and sauteed that until it was translucent and i used a whisk so that there would be no lumps in the gravy. reminded me of being back home. well done, tyler, and thanks.

Chops were tender and flavorful. Be careful not to use too much olive oil, mine seemed to seperate from the rest of the sauce and was more noticeable because of it. Will definitely make this again!

My family loves this receipe, I had never try it with the buttermilk for creamy gravy before until now. Tyler your dishes are outstanding and reminds me when I was growing up. My mom's cooking. Thank you so very much and keep doing what you do. And for those who tried it and did not like it and was too dried. What did you do? let it fried too long.
