I was a little worried about this recipe because of the buttermilk,... but these chops were DELICIOUS!!!!
My husband doesn't like creamy gavy but we literally fought over the last chop & my 4yr. old, whom I might add is on a very strick diet of just chicken nuggets & hot dogs(ha!ha! and refuses to eat nothing else ate not 1 but 2!!!!!! pork chops all bt herself!!!
That is definately a recipe that I will use again. :
It is worth a try to make it,... it was fast & delicious!!!

This recipe makes the chops fall off the bone. Very tender and like butter.

I really don't know why it got all those 5 stars. I didn't care for the gravy. The buttermilk curdled when I added it to the chicken broth. Not very appealing. With all those seasonings the only taste I was able to pick out was a hint of the cayenne in the chops. The chops weren't very tender and I cook mine only till there a very light pink. I really shouldn't blame the recipe for lack of tenderness but the grocery store I bought them at. Sorry Tyler!

This recipe is so easy and is so delicious. I tried it and my family loves it. If you have any left over, you can reheat it and it still taste like you just made it. I have made this dish for my family and given the recipe to family and friends. Deborah, from Winder, GA

This was wonderful! It was a huge hit with my husband and kids! My 7 year-old is not a fan of anykind of gravy but he loved this and even asked for seconds!

My 2 year old and husband both ate this up very well. The sauce is very tasty- I made this with unsweetened soy milk instead of buttermilk and it turned out delicious. I will definitely be making this one again. Also, I whipped it up in about 20 minutes- and so I loved the fact that it was so easy to make.
