I am not a big pork chop person because they are always too dry, but this recipe is far from dry! There is so much gravy that there is no room for driness. I give this recipe a 10 for a pork chop recipe!
EXCELLENT!!!!!!

This was very tasty. Reminded me of a restaurant. I did change it a little though. I cooked the porkchops all the way before putting them in the sauce.

It was a little time consuming since it was a workday and a little messy for me sice I don't like to fry & flour('don't like cleaning up grease & flour. However, it was very, very tasty. I used beef broth instead of chicken broth and used sauteed onions to add a little more flavor. My very picky 3 year old gobbled it up (with ketchup, of course. I will definitely make this again as well as recommend as it was very simple.
