Pork is tender and the flavor in the gravy is fantastic. My only recommendation would be to decrease the salt in the flour and perhaps use low sodium broth. I found it a bit too salty as written.

Great recipe. I loved the buttermilk gravy. My husband also loved the dish. I will be making this again.

This is a great recipe! I didn't have buttermilk so I used milk with a touch of lemon instead. I was more generous with the lemon and less so with milk, so my gravy turned more of a piccata-esque sauce. I used part olive oil, part butter as my fat, which rounded out the flavors very nicely. I found that enhancing some ingredients and adding more can turn this into a completely different tasty recipe. I can't rave about this recipe enough! It's such a great foundation and allows for creative choices if you want to play around!

To make my husband happy I cooked him these pork chops since I am not a fan of pork chops. The pork came out tender and the gravy was perfect. The cayenne pepper gave it a little kick which was fine for him and I . This is something I would make quite often.

Delicious! Next time I make these, I will halve the dry ingredients because I ended up throwing out what I didn't use.

Awesome chops & gravy!! After I fried the chops I sauteed a large sliced onion and then followed the recipe as directed. This is going to my rotation.

I have an appreciation for pork chops again! Delicious gravy and moist chops. I halved the recipe so it didn't make much gravy but it was super easy (and totally worth it to make more. Thanks Tyler!

Awesome recipe! Tyler, you never let me down! My whole family loved it! Could cut back a smidge on the cayenne pepper (or maybe I measured a little heavy handed! family still loved it though. Made lots of extra gravy, used all the flour that was left over along with 4 cups of chicken broth and a bit of water and a total of 1 cup buttermilk. My family loves gravy so there will be lots left over to serve over mashed potatoes on another night. The flour mixture was enough for 5 bone-in chops and 4 sirloin cutlets.
