These were the first pork chops that I have ever cooked and they tasted quite decent. However I think they could have used more seaonsing. Not salt but some more cayenne, herbs, and a little bit of sourness maybe lemon pepper on the chop itself. The gravy was quite good it needs to be cooked down a bit to be thickened or you can just stir In a bit of flour and butter.

When the sound "mmmm" comes out of everyone's mouth at the same time you know it's good! Super easy and a quick tasty supper. The pork chops were so tender they fell off the bone and the gravy was fantastic. Served parsley mashed potatoes with it and everyone left the table very satisfied. Will definitely be making this again!

I substituted the cup of flour with 1/2 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs and added a little basi and pepper to the mix. Needless to say, my family loved it.

Wonderful and easy. I backed off the onion powder and garlic a bit, but a terrific recipe to keep in the rotation! Thanks Tyler.

The pork chops themselves didn't blow me away but the gravy was FANTASTIC!

Delish! Took the advice of some reviewers and added some salt, pepper and garlic to the chops before dredging it. and it came out stupendous! Just the right amount of kick and the gravy was great! Thanks Tyler!!!!!

Just finished making this and it was DIVINE!!! However, I made a few adjustments.
    1 I used turkey chops.
2 I used vegetable oil and didn't measure. I thought this would give a better flavor than olive.
3 I never measure seasoning, just sprinkle until I think it's enough. At least until I can see it in the flour/flour changes color. I used seasoned salt, pepper, cayenne, and garlic herb seasoning.
My husband told me it tasted better than his mom's pork chops and was the best dinner I ever made!!! This is a keeper :

I found that the recipe was very quick and easy, but lacked flavor.

These were just "OK" for me, it didn't knock my socks off, unfortunately. Pork chops is one of those foods that we eat fairly often. We have our standard way of cooking it, same deal - fried with a house gravy. I prefer our own un-recipe'd version of this dish. It wasn't horrible, but it seemed like it was missing something. I followed all the directions to the T, and even used a cast iron skillet, but I was left unsatisfied. The BF thought it was pretty good, and said he would eat it again. I think the problem for me was, I like my pork chop seasoned prior to floating in the seasoned flour as a lot of the flour comes off of the chop as it's frying, especially on medium, as called for in this recipe. So not a lot of the flavor sticks. Oh well.
