This simple breakfast looked nice with the chives, and the cream cheese was a tasty substitute to milk. Great with toast, bacon, and breakfast fixings.

    Normally, I hate eggs....but these I like!

Watching this episode taught me how to make eggs (I've always made them like a bad greek-owned diner evidently.

The avocado's at the grocery store were in terrible shape... so I also sauteed up chopped onion, red, yellow and green bell pepper, and had it on the side for those guests who wanted to add that to their eggs.

It was a hit... and my in-laws think I am a good cook! :

Perfect, perfect, perfect! Tyler, you are the best! You take our basic foods and make them a hit all over again. Family loved them. When my boys (twins, age 27 asked how I made the scrambled eggs at our last family brunch, after I got over the shock, I knew I had a new family favorite.
