    It doesn't get much better than this. On my PC,I have 500 or so recipes that have been tried and tested. This definitely made my top 10 list.My entire family loved the dish.I didn't have a serrano and subbed a chipotle. WHAT A SAUCE!!!

    This is the best beef tenderloin recipe! It's easy and the most flavorful. I made it for Christmas dinner and everyone loved it. In fact, they wanted it again for New Years!

    More mediterranean than mexican, but a total crowd pleaser! Get some spicy Bulgarian feta cheese if possible and you'll make it again and again (like I have.
