This is an awesome cole slaw. I have made it many times over the past couple years and always had rave reviews. I keep it as a staple for all potluck occassions. The spiciness of the salad is a great compliment with sweet main courses...ie: teriyaki...sweet and sour...BBQ.

I make this at least once a month, it is that good. I've found that using a bag of cabbage works just fine, and makes it one of the easiest foods to make too.

But this was fantastic! and to pile it on top of the pulled pork sandwiches made the whole meal come together. We will be having this again!
