So yummy! I added roasted beets, walnuts and pomegranate seeds. Next time maybe some goat cheese.

Delicious and Easy! I added bacon which made it even better. I will certainly make this on a weekly basis!

Thought the dressing had a terrible flavor! Will never have again.

I had 3 cups of left over spinach and put this together in less than 5 minutes. I made sure to season it well with salt and freshly ground pepper. It took any and all taste of bitterness out of the spinach. Really delicious! My husband really loved this and said it screams crumbled bacon. I might try that!

I made this dressing to go with baby spinach, dried cranberries, chopped pecans and blue cheese crumbles. My husband is diabetic and I wanted a warm dressing, but not with bacon. I made this dressing with red onion(I did not have shallot and when I added the honey and the red wine vinegar I warmed it right before pouring it over the spinach salad. It was absolutely wonderful and my husband loved it. I will keep it and serve for a dinner party.

This recipe lacked flavor. I had to add more vinegar. Looked better than it tasted. Sorry Tyler.

Wow! I made just one recipe and I think I could have eaten a second recipe all by myself! It was so simple and yet so tasty and healthy all in one!

We thought this was delicious and different, and very easy to prepare. I used about 1/4 cup of diced Vidalia onion instead of the shallot, and I cut down the butter by half. I added 2 tbs. olive oil to the butter.
