This is the only salad I ever make now. And I typically only use mache (lamb's lettuce. It's simply the best salad.

I really enjoyed this salad, but it's hard for me not to at least add a quartered tomato--I want more than just lettuce in my salads.

This was the absolute best salad I've tasted! I loved how it was so simple but it tasted so good. I feel like I'm eating in a retsurant when I eat this. I make it weekly, and I enjoy it very much.
