Awesome. I am the kind of person who burns brownies, and this the first time I have ever worked with artichokes and it STILL turned out GREAT! I made it for mothers day and it turned out exceptionally well.

I'm on the West Coast so I used Dungeness crab (best crab in the world. I cut down the sour cream to 1/2 cup and added 1/2 cup cream cheese to make it a little richer. I steamed the artichoke hearts in a microwave vegetable bag with a splash of good olive oil, fresh thyme springs, a crushed garlic clove and lemon slices for four minutes. They came out perfectly. Everyone just LOVED it. Now, I have to bring it to every get together.

Made this last year ... 3 times ... I now get asked to bring this to every Party we go to ... add a few chopped green onions is good, too.

I just did a dry run on this recipe for Thanksgiving. It was so good my husband and I skiped dinner and ate the whole thing. I think it's the best thing I've every tasted. Thank-you, Thank-you Tyler.

Can't go wrong with simple, good quality ingredients. However, we do not like artichokes. So we substituted roasted red peppers and caramelized shallots. It was AWESOME! I'm considering mushrooms, spinach or zuchini. How can you go wrong with any of these:

The recipe is wonderful. I did adjust the recipe by decreasing the mayonaise to 1/2 cup and added 4 oz of cream cheese. I used this as a topping to Alaskan Halibut and was very tasty. I added fresh dill into the recipe for the topping.

This is a great recipe. I used canned artichokes to make it quicker to make. My family absolutely loved it. I made it for Thanksgiving and I had to make it again for Christmas!

Made this for xmas eve potluck. Pretty simple! Everyone loved it and it was the first dish cleaned on the table! I tweeked the recipe a little by adding garlic powder, lime juice and topping it with some Panko Bread Crumbs. The bread crumbs toasted nicely and added a nice change up in texture. I served it with toasted pita slices! Will definitely make this again!
