    I've eaten artichokes for many years, but this was my first attempt at preparing them. I think this was the best artichoke I've ever had to date.

    I enjoyed the artichokes, as I found this recipe to be very simple and easy to follow. There wasn't alot of bold flavours and the integrity of the artichoke was kept.

    This was my first attempt at cooking and eating an artichoke. My experience was great! The whole family enjoyed it. It was fun to make and fun to eat.

    I love any recipe that doesn't require ANY chopping. This flavors the artichoke perfectly, and it's a
    ahealthful dish as well. I made an "aeoli" of light mayo, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper to dip it in and it was fabulous (and low cal.

    Fewer ingredients and the type of ingredients I'm more likely to have on hand than most recipes for artichokes. And the results are good.
