    Used peppered bacon and added 1 teaspoon of Montreal seasoning... VERY yummy. I think it would be great with pepperjack or even a nice blue cheese for more flavor.

    Expected great things after reading all the reviews but I don't know if I'll ever do this one again. I even tried enhancing it with worcestershire and roasted garlic mayonnaise and even that didn't help. Needs something else....

    we tried these over a year ago and have never made a "normal" cheeseburger since then! Even my mother-in-law makes these now each time she has burgers....grilling them up for her friends! We generally make them in a grill pan inside but they taste awesome that way too!

    We do add a little worcestershire sauce to the meat before making the patties....and we always carmelize onions to place on top! What is so great is that the inside of the burger is stufffed with the tasty stuff so you can more easily add your vegetables to the top without everything spilling out all over the sides!

    You won't regret this recipe to kick it up a notch with your burger making!

    The bacon-cheese filling to these burgers really adds to both the flavor and moistness of the meat. I only cooked them for 5 minutes per side on an outdoor grill and they were perfectly done to medium. I think the eight minutes each side would have been way too long.

    We made these for some friends who came over and grilled out. So good!!! My best friends even made these for my 30th Birthday Party for all our friends and family! Everyone loved it!!! Make these and you wont regret it!!!
