These burgers are tasty, but most of the cheese cooks out and the bacon just becomes part of the hamburger. I find it better to put the cheese and bacon on top of the burger.

These burgers are awesome! I used turkey bacon instead with colby and monterrey jack shredded cheese for the stuffing. I also added some garlic powder to season beef. My fieman hubby raved about it! They tasted wonderful and I will be making this again

This great burger recipe more than satisfied my hungry family on BBQ nite! The bacon and cheese filling is an awesome surprise. I mean, how could it not?!! Delicious!!
