The BEST ever ! Yes, there are very different ingredients, but worth giving them a try. Very savory. Chop the raisins and olives fine, and no one will even no they are in the mix.
Delicious! This is a keeper! Thanks Tyler!!

This has to be a go to recipe for an appetizer! I was apprehensive about the raisins and olives but it is a definite must add. I have made them several times and they are always requested and the first to go at parties. Thank you Tyler!!

I made these two years ago at Thanksgiving and ever since they have been a family favortie! This has now become one that is added to our family tradition recipes.

I made this recipe once several months ago and it was a complete hit! Ever since, every party, potluck, or gathering I do people request me to make this recipe. The only real change I made was using Morningstar Fake Sausage Crumbles so that it's vegetarian. Still delicious and my avid meat-eater friends can't even tell the difference. Thanks Tyler for this awesome recipe!

This is a great recipe and my family loved it. I do have a comment though. I get very tired of reading reviews from people who did not even do this recipe but used numerous substitutions and changed it up completely. It's interesting to hear about one substitution but come on, when you change the entire recipe you aren't reviewing this at all but simply bragging about what "you" did. We aren't interested in you........we're want to know about THIS recipe and whether to try it or not. Please stay off the reviews so we don't have to weed through all of you who didn't use Tyler's recipe but created your own as that doesn't help us know about the recipe we want to use. Thank you.

These are the bomb! Everyone loved them, even one of my guest that doesn't like mushrooms. She couldn't stop eating them! I don't eat meat, so I made some without the sausage for me. I loved them! Great stuffing for pork chops, too!

I made these for Christmas Eve, but swapped the button mushrooms for 6 Portobellos. Everyone loved them, and the word of the night was 'outrageous!' I browned the sausage first before mixing it with the other ingredients, and left out the red pepper flakes since my husband's family doesn't like them too spicy. This is an amazing appetizer, and since they're so big, also a nice small meal in itself.

I made these for Thanksgiving as an appetizer and they were such a hit. Everyone kept asking what was in them and if they could have the recipe. I think they make a good addition to a fall/winter meal because of the raisins and pine nuts. I added some dried cranberries and left out the red pepper flakes and they were outrageous.

I would give this recipe 10 stars if I could. This was the first time I tried making stuffed mushrooms and this will be the only recipe I will use in the future. They were wonderful.
