This dish received rave reviews from my extended family this year. This includes my father who is NOT a fan of sweet potatoes. This will be a mainstay for years to come.

The presentation is beautiful, and the streusel topping is out of this world! This is definitely a new tradition for our holiday feast.

I also made this into a casserole and sprinkled the streusel on top. It gave the dish a nice sweet flavor. I added extra marshmallows on top of the streusel too!

I agree with others that this is so yummy and I, too, used on top of cassorole BUT next time I will use COLD butter instead. It could've been that my kitchen was too hot or butter too soft, but the streusel did not come out crumbly as stated. It looked like a big blob on top for looking like a streusel.

I wanted something on the table that didn't resemble a casserole and I thought this would be great, but I think the traditional sweet potato casserole is better!

I followed some other reviews and mashed the potatoes with some cinnamon, butter and brown sugar, placed in a casserole dish and then topped with the streusal. Everyone LOVED this recipe! It's definitely the new way to make sweet potatoes in our family!!
