This is the tastiest topping you can have on sweet potato casserole as well as stuffing it into sweet potatoes.

I've made this recipe for a couple years - although I bake the sweet potatoes then mash them into a casserole and use the streusel as a topping for the whole batch. It almost upstages the turkey each year and the recipe is always requested. (I do leave off the marshmallows as I have never liked them with sweet potatoes

This recipe is amazing!! The best sweet potato I've ever had or eaten. I can't wait to share this with my family when I go home for Thanksgiving!

I made these the first year I did thanksgiving by myself and I loved them. I had to readjust the ingrediants because I'm the only one that likes sweet potatoes.

I had looked for a new twist to the Sweet Potatoes (Yams and Marshmallows ...this was a major hit with the family this Thanksgiving! This recipe could easily serve twice as many people! I cut the potatoes in half, and then sliced down the middle to open up. With a large meal, as at Thanksgiving, even half of a potatoe was more than ample.
Thanks for a new family favorite!

I made this recipe for my boyfriend's family this Thanksgiving and everyone was talking about it and I even got some requests for the recipe. Thanks to this recipe, I'm also getting rave reviews from his family. :
