I accidentally overcooked this recipe, taking a nap on Thanksgiving Day, but it turned out fantastic anyway. The flesh turned out supermoist, and the streusel was perfectly crunchy. Delicious kick to any dinner. No need for dessert!

It was so simple and everyone loved it. The pecans actually enhanced a dish that is so tried and true for Thanksgiving. It was the hit of Thanksgiving dinner.
