    I made this for a family function, & also for a work function. Both got rave reviews for the flavors of the pie. The only thing wrong was that it took way longer to bake than the recipe called for. It would have been soup in the middle if I followed the recipe.

    This was very good and pretty easy. I cheated and used a ready-made frozen pie crust and prebaked it before filling. The cranberry topping was WONDERFUL! I used fresh cranberries since I couldn't find frozen. I had extra topping and a few of my family came back for more topping by itself!
    I think I prefer the flavor of the sweet potato to the traditional pumpkin. Definitely a keeper for the recipe box!

    I have always been a fan of sweet potato pie, and this recipe has made others a fan as well. The topping is super easy to make, and it adds color and crunch to a wonderful sweet potato pie. It couldn't be less fussy.

    This pie was the best ever. It is easy to make and delicious. The Crunchy cranberry topping was the crowning glory! Our friends all asked for the recipe. We will keep this in our favorites file.
