i made the glaze and the carrots and used leftover country ham slices from the freezer and it was beautiful and delicious. what a wonderful glaze and the presentation was great with the whole carrots!

This receipe was delicious, I had hardly any leftovers. The tangerines and spices in the glaze were a nice change from the usual ham glazes. I thought it was well worth the effort. I will definitely do this again.

This will be the third Easter that I have cooked this Ham. i've also cooked twice for Christmas. It is officially a family favorite. It actually surpasses my aunt's pineapple ham that has been all the rave for over 20 years!!!!
