Meat was very moist and juicy. Excellent for Easter dinner. I thought it could have used a little more favor. We didn't add anything different this yet, however we plan to use this recipe again next year and to it with some of our own ingredients. To make it to our liking.

The tangerine glaze with the ham is a wonderful combination and a delightful change from the ordinary glazes that generally accompany a ham. I served it for Easter this year and received rave reviews. My husband, who tolerates ham once a year, was disappointed to find few leftovers available. The bar has been raised.

This ham was great. All my relatives I had over for easter loved it. It turned out so moist and flavorful. I made the glaze the day before, but it was hard to get it to thicken. The carrots also need to be put in for more than the last 1/2 hour - it's not enough. But, the ham was great and I will definitly use this recipe again@
