I made this for family and friends for Easter and it was delicious! I made a few adjustments based on some other comments. I couldn't find tangerine juice or tangerines so I used oranges and also used a little pineapple juice to add a little tang and it was good. I had to simmer the sauce for over an hour to get it thick but it worked out great. I sliced the larger carrots in quarters for a quicker cooking time. They took about an hour as well. Had a hard time cutting the ham off the bone but even though the slices didn't look perfect, it tasted great!

I am not a huge fan of ham generally, but this was amazing! The house smelled wonderful. I used a bottled tangerine juice, and the glaze was not as thick as it should have been. I am thinking the pasteurization had an effect on it, but the taste was still incredible

This was absolutely the best ham I have ever made for Easter. Everyone loved it and couldn't stop talking about it!! I also cooked the carrots longer. Delicious and the sliced tangerines were like candy. Loved it!

This was absolutely delicious, and the aromas that filled the house while this ham baked were sensational. It was very easy to make the sage rub using a food processor, and the glaze was also simple to prepare. The only think I'd adjust is cook time. I followed the recipe exactly and my 10lb ham was a bit dry. Also my carrots needed about 50 minutes of cook time, not 30 as the recipe instructs.

Very, very good! Whole family really enjoyed the flavor of this ham-only suggestion is to go easy on the salt and pepper before rubbing with the sage oil, don't forget that ham is a very salty cut of meat and doesn't really need the extra salt (plus the other fantastic flavors like the sage and glaze really make this dish!! Another Holiday keeper for sure!

Incredible flavor, I have such a large family I made two of them. Just got home and the house still smells great. I did have to take one out half hour early (the dark none stick roasting pan the glaze was getting like glue, what a flavor. I did bring it back by adding a little seltzer. Everyone raved about the flavor and juicy ham. A keeper that will be made again.

Fantastic! One of the best hams I have ever eaten. A friend of mine who came for Easter dinner has never liked ham before but loved this. A winner I will be making again!
