I didn't follow the recipe for cooking the chicken. I used the recipe for the teriyaki sauce, and it was great. The only downfall is that it's incredibly salty, so I'd recommend using low-sodium soy sauce.

I've made these twice, both to rave reviews. I had to cook the wings about an hour to get them nice and crispy. I doubled the brown sugar. Also excellent without the toasted sesame seeds and cilantro--I put on the side so people could have a choice, or may do half and half next time. Definitely use low-sodium soy sauce; I did not the first time and they were a bit salty but still really good.

These were so easy and sooo...good! I would use chicken legs next time though. You don't get much meat from chicken wings.
