These wings were so good, that was all I served for dinner that night. Once I tasted one of them, I could not stop eating. They were excellent. Finger lickin good.

These wings were easy to make and were really good. I also used regular soy sauce and they were a little salty. I am going to with the low sodium soy sauce and hopefully they will be better.

I found that this receipe was very satisfing. The one who like things hot liked it and those who like things sweet they loved it. i tweeked the receipe as i always do. I added molasses and honey and a splash of lemon juice and took out the hoisin sauce. Also instead of the red chiles i used the jalapeno's.

I have to admit I didn't use the right soy sauce that was required for this recipe, I used regular soy sauce so my wings turned out a bit salty. I plan on trying this again with the low sodium soy sauce and see how it turns out. I really like the fact that you cook with wings in the oven instead of frying them. They still turn out crunchy and without the extra fat. Even though they were on the salty side they were still very tasty.
