My family loved the burgers. They said it was the best even though I over cooked them. I loved the tomato chive and onions along with the horseradish mayo! First time I oven baked the bacon and plan on doing it again. I would go for a more sturdy bun as the Orowheat sesame seed bun fell apart.

Wonderful! Have done this many times now, it's always a winner! My only critique would be the burger patty... it needs more! I add loads of stuff to my ground beef (sauteed onions, a dab of A1, a sprinkling of garlic powder, an egg, a dash of soy sauce, a grind or two of pepper, a dash of salt, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce... they are so tender and juicy it's unreal! Enjoy!!

LUCKY ME! On a visit to my meat market in coastal Carolina to pick up some pork last week, I passed by the ground beef counter and saw many packages which blended (50% / 50% brisket and round. Talked to the Butcher and he said it made the best burgers. (and it was only $2.99 a lb.. I came home and found this recipe and followed the recipe to a tee first time with onions and bacon... FANTASTIC. Next time I added a tablespoon of DIJON mustard to the carmelized onion a minute before they were done and boy were they a fantastic alternative to other toppings. If onions are your favorite part of the recipe, try it this way... I will never search for another Burger recipe Again.

Yum, Yum, YUMMY. This was a lot of fun. I never put together an array of hamburger toppings before, but my nephews LOVED it. The hamburger was SO DELICIOUS.

Everyone had fun assembling their burgers, the toppings were so delicious. My five year old neice who is the pickiest eater I know, declared she would eat the whole thing and she DID.

This is a TOTAL crowd pleaser. And the meat is so juicy. I had them grind up the brisket at my Wegmans.
    I Definitely recommend it.

This was the first time I ever had heirloom tomatoes (which Tyler suggests using in the video for this dish but strangely NOT in the recipe and I had to make a special trip to Whole Foods to find them. They were around three dollars each! I think regular tomatoes would have worked well, too.

I served this with homemade french fries which came out PERFECT and were all gone, along with the burgers. I used Guy Fieri's Double Fried French Fries recipe. Thanks Tyler, for an awesome recipe and idea!

This was by far the best burger I have ever had! The only thing we did differently was use regular ground beef.. All of the toppings were delicious. Will be making this again very soon!

Yummy. Remember you don't have to make them as big, I only used 1/4 lb. beef & made 2 flatter burgers that fit our mouth then used less of everything else too. There is an Article as well as Video here to help you pick meat and make this if you missed the show. I'm going to try these toppings on other every day stuff like cube steak.

These burgers were absolutely fabulous. My husband and I just ate them and the flavors were amazing. I followed the recipe to the T except I used regular ground beef and a beautiful multicolored heirloom tomato. I totally stuffed myself and my husband is in the kitchen right now scooping up all the leftover ingredients. You know it's something when then french fries are ignored!! Will definitely make this again.
