I kept it kinda simple and did the sea salt tomatoes and caramelized onions, but did without the mushrooms and bacon. I didn't want to disguise the taste of the burger itself, as it was my 1st time using the ground brisket. The brisket made a thick, meaty and juicy burger and it was really good! I have to say, though, I think I'm still a "sirloin at heart" kinda guy, but the taste between the sirloin and brisket is so distinct and delicious. The horseradish/mayo/herb spread was light yet stood out on the toasted buns. I love watching Tyler in the kitchen. He's smooth and just has a natural flow in the kitchen, and he makes you want to make the dish he's prepared. Thanks, Tyler.

I actually used ground sirloin because that's what I had on hand. I used good buns from the bakery and that really made a difference. My cheese of choice is actually montery jack so I used it instead of swis. I let my burgers go to well done sadly but they were still great. Tops with the horseradish mayo, sauteed onions, and crispy bacon(trust Tyler and do it in the oven, makes a big difference and these burgers are amazing. Next time I will try with brisket because it is one of my favorite cuts of beef.

I made these for my stepsons last night and they were devoured. The oldest one actually hid a burger for later! I made these with the steak fries, which were just as good! I didn't have enough olive oil to make the sauteed mushrooms, but I did have everything else, and they were delicious. Used parsley for the mayo, and cooked the onions on low for almost an hour to carmelize (burned the first batch Thanks Tyler, I'm making your chicken pot pie recipe next week!!!

    Tyler...you da man!!

Caught the show yesterday by chance. The recipes you showcase are without a doubt the ultimate. My family was wowed by these burgers. At first there was resistance about the horseradish but with a little convincing I won them over and now they are hooked.

When I went to the butcher to ask for ground brisket, he laughed at me. But I bought it anyways and boy was it worth it. I made the burgers in an enameled cast iron pan, and they were juicy and tender. The thyme/garlic mushrooms, the horseradish mayo, and the rosemary bacon were all amazing and really easy to put together. My fiance said it was phenomenal. I will definitely make this again.

This had to be the best burger made at home I ever had. I honestly feel like you cannot go wrong with anything Tyler cooks.

I have eaten a lot and I mean a lot of burgers in my 37 years, and this recipe is hands down the best burger I have ever eaten. I beg all of you to take the time and find a brisket, I got ours at Wal-Mart (marked down and then used a hand grinder to grind it myself, believe me when I say it's worth the little bit of effort. The onions, the mayo horsradish sauce was wonderful. I ate burgers for two days after this recipe. I can't wait for the summer so I can showcase this burger to my friends and family. You go Tyler!!!!!!!!!

This is the best burger I've ever had and I haven't made it yet with the brisket. I just finally found a place (Costco that sells brisket. I grew having burger with only mayo, mustard and ketchup then moved up with lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Don't need all that with this burger. I have this burger at least every other week. Way to go Tyler!
