these burgers were absolutely amazing. I couldn't find brisket at the supermarket, so used extra lean ground beef and worked excellent. The sauce is what makes the burgers so be sure to make it, was hesitant to use it at first but it tasted amazing! However these burgers to do make quite the mess in the kitchen, so be ready for a big clean up after.

I made this for party this weekend and it was a hit. Who-da thought about ground brisket? My butcher at Krogers didn't bat an eye. I got everything done but chives on the tomatoes! You have to try this one!

We watched this episode and ran out and purchased a brisket that day! Evidently, someone else did the same thing because our butcher said we were the second ones to come in and request a brisket to be ground up! : Anyway... it smelled wonderful and couldn't wait to eat it. But it was a bit too dry. Next time we're going to try 50% brisket and 50% ground beef and then we're sure it will be THE ultimate burger! : thanks for the great idea Tyler!!

My neice, who didn't like mushrooms, raved about the mushrooms for these burgers. Great for cookouts.

Wow this is a must try! Very unique flavor and just delicious! I used ground sirloin and it was great too. I didnt make as many mushrooms/onions as it called for and now I wished I had because they were DELICIOUS! I was worried about the mayo/horseradish combo and it was perfect! The oven fries were also a hit with the whole family. Will be made many more times here. Thanks Tyler! :
