My kids loved these burgers with all of the toppings! I used the mayo mix the next day on a turkey sandwich. Delicious!

My family absolutely adored all the factors of this recipe. I also used ground sirloin for the sake of convenience. the sideas are what truly made these burgers stellar. Thank you, Tyler. this will be the standard we base burger on from now on.

I'm known as a good cook, but I have never been satisfied with my own burgers until now. I ground the brisket myself and didn't add any condiments other than a big hunk of cheddar, mayo and lettuce and both my husband and I agreed this is the standard to which all future burgers will be measured. Thanks, Tyler!

These are by far the best burgers I've ever had. I didn't use brisket and substituted ground sirlon. I can't imagine them being any better than they were! The rosemary bacon is delicious, the carmelized onions were incredible, and the chive mayonnaise was by far the best condiment I've ever had. Who needs ketchup & mustard? I don't!

The burger is great but the toppings make it fun to create your own special burger. The rosemary/bacon was a hit but had to bake 5 min. longer. Also, the onions and mushrooms were a hit.
A lot of prep work but raves from my guests made it worth it. And they helped clean up!

My butcher suggested cutting off the layer of fat on the bottom side of the brisket, as he had to run it through twice...but, the fat burned off on the grill, so no problem with too much fat.

First time we've ever had a burger without having to add ketchup & mustard!

I only made the mushrooms, onions, and bacon for toppings and they really made the burger, along with the swiss cheese, of course! I think next time I'll try grilling the burgers though. Very yummy.

I didn't think I would care for this episode but I loved it. The burgers got my mouth watering and I don't even care for them but I made them yesterday and they are the best. The carmelized onions do the trick along with the bacon and the cheese. Try these and you will love them. Add a little avocado too. The oven fries he made on this show are easy and delicious also.
