This was by far the best burger my family has ever had, the flavor is unique, juicy and just delicious. Cant imagine making any other burger now.

We left the bun off and made hamburger steaks. We also did the fries. This was better than it looked on TV. Great meal that everyone enjoyed.

I had to go to three different major grocery stores to find brisket and finally found it at Bristol Farms. The butcher person wanted to know why I wanted to grind up my brisket and when he found out I was making burgers with it, he said it was a really BAD idea. He said it was going to come out too dry. Well...he was wrong! It was great! It was the best burger my husband and I had in a long time. The flavor was awesome. Only thing is, as stated in the recipe, I made 4 burgers out of 2 pounds (each about half a pound. It was a bit much. We decided quarter pounders worked just as well. Fries came out very crispy and very good.

Our kids decided to grill with their dad for Father's day and these were fabulous. He was impressed with the change from ground sirloin to ground brisket, they were easy to grill on the charcoal grill and they had quality time together grilling and eating! We used swiss cheese and onion rings for the topping. And Mom did the Oven fries which rocked!

but it was still great. I used ground beef (1/2 95/5% and 1/2 90/10% instead of brisket so as not to make the boyfriend's high cholesterol worse and it was still delicious. I used cambozola cheese instead of the swiss to make up for the lower fat meat. The rosemary on the bacon was so good and something I would never think of myself. Loved the mayo with horseradish also. Overall, very impressive.

I had never thought of having brisket ground up, but I got no hassle at the local butcher. What really made the whole thing standout was the bacon with cracked pepper and rosemary. I made this for Father's day and I think after the burgers my father is changing his will and leaving everything to me.

My family loves burgers and always has. But, I tried Tyler's burger recipe and it was a huge hit! I never knew how to properly saute mushrooms and caramelize onions until now. And these really made the difference for the burgers. Tyler's recipes are enjoyable and easy to make. Delicious!

    Thanks Tyler!
