GREAT! The only thing you need to do is cook these for at least
3 1/2 to 4 hrs for them to fall off the bone!

My husband and I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before we made this. 1 1/2 hours is DEFINITELY NOT enough time to get the ribs tender. They were terrible, tough, and chewy. The next day we put the leftovers back in the oven for another 2 or 2 1/2 hours and they were better, but not worth ever making this recipe again!

This was my first try with making ribs. They were the BEST I have ever had. The sauce is to die for!! I made enough for 8 people so it did take 4 hrs to cook and of course I doubled the sauce.
Everyone loved them. Definitely a keeper!! YUM

A fantastic recipe. This is only the second time I have ever made ribs and this recipe turned out better than I hoped. I took these out to the lake and they were gone within minutes. Even the 'expert' grillers and BBQ'ers raved about them. Like many of the reviews, I baked the ribs for 3 hours, double the time the recipe calls for. I also added a few extra spices to the sauce for an added kick (smoked chipotle pepper. Would definitely make this again. The sauce is a keeper.

Meh...They were good but nothing great that I would put the time in to make again. The recipe itself is pretty off with cook time. partway through I took the advice of other reviewers and cooked it for an additional hour...although it could have even gone for another 2 hours. The meat didnt get too tender, and it was no were near fall off the bone. Looks like I'm still on the hunt for the perfect ribs recipe!

I also cooked the ribs for an additional 1.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes. Putting them under the broiler was perfect! The ribs came out crispy and sticky. EXCELLENT recipe and will make again and again.

The ribs turned out great. I took the advice from the other reviews and lengthened my cooking time. I cooked the ribs for 3 hours. The sauce came out great.

The ribs turned out great! This is the best BBQ sauce that I have ever made. Rich, tasty, i added a little cracked red pepper for a little heat, it was awesome!
