I have started a tradition where I make these for our family Christmas dinner every year. They are amazing! Everyone loves them and they are really easy to make. One of my favorite parts is that there is no grilling involved...it's all done in the oven. So easy! I love using the BBQ sauce in the summer, as well, on other meats. You have to try this recipe!

Used this recipe for a party I am having tonight...This has to be not only the easiest Barbecue Sauce I have ever made but the "Sweetest" Sauce I have ever tasted. I kept my "Baby Back Ribs" in the oven at 250degrees for 3 1/2 hours before I threw them on the grill for 10 Minutes. I used Apricots instead of Peaches and added some fresh "Black Plum" puree. AWSOME! Thanks Tyler!

Just finished dinner and it was fantastic. My local store was out of baby back ribs, so I substituted St. Louis pork ribs. Other than that, I followed the recipe to the letter. The sauce, by itself is great, but when you bast the ribs and then do that final glaze in the broiler, it transforms into the most wonderful BBQ I've ever created. I will definitely make this again. Thank You Tyler!!

The ribs were very tender and juicy! Sauce was fantastic. The sauce is sweet. Very pleased with the whole thing. Recipe makes a lot of sauce-froze some. Thanks Tyler!

I love this sauce!! But I made a few 'adjustments'! It was a bit sweet for me so I added a heaping quarter teaspoon of cayenne & a few twists of fresh cracked black. They add just a bit of heat. The recipe makes no mention of what to do with the thyme/bacon bundles, so I unwrapped the bacon, chopped it up & put it into the sauce. After simmering it for a bit, I let it cool, then ran it thru my food processor. I left the onion & the garlic in it. The sauce is nice & thick & just slightly chunky!!

This worked well for me. The only mistake I made really, was not using enough salt on the meat before baking.
The sauce mellowed after sitting for a while and was great, everyone Loved it.

This is my all time favorite, most used recipe from The Food Network. My husband and I like to have these ribs on a Sunday about once a month. There are only 2 of us in our home so I make the BBQ sauce and use half on the ribs and save the other half for chicken later in the week. I have not bought store bottled BBQ sauce since making this recipe for the first time at least 5 years ago. I make it so often I no longer need to look at the recipe. A must to getting great ribs are to be sure to buy " Baby Back Ribs" . I know they are a little more expensive than side ribs but are well worth the extra cost. I have tried many of Tyler Florence's " Ultimate" recipes and have had great success with most of them. Although, sometimes I have to watch the video episode to get the proper cooking times for some of the recipes. This rib recipe is one of them. Give these ribs a try, you will not be disappointed.
