Wow! These were the most amazing ribs I have ever eaten. I have to say, though, that I cooked them for a total of 4 hours. That was how long they took to be tender and falling off the bone. The sauce was incredible. Love the bacon/thyme trick. These are going into my regular rotation of meals!

Wow! These were the best ribs my husband and I have ever had. The sauce was sweet but tasted amazing on the ribs. I followed the sauce recipe exactly as listed. I used smuckers peach preserve and it was perfect and even had little pieces of peaches in it which I loved. I bought 1 rack of pork baby back ribs that was just over 3 lbs and said extra meaty. I cooked the ribs at 275 degrees for 1.5 hrs then started basting. I basted every 30 minutes for the next 1.5 hrs making the cooking time total of 3 hrs. Then I took the ribs out of the oven, pre-heated the broiler then broiled for 4 minutes on each side because I don't like too much char on my food. The ribs came out amazing. The meat was just falling off the bone, there was just the right amount of crisp on the top and the sauce was spot on. You would never know these weren't cooked on a grill. This is definitely a new family favorite.

I thought these were melt in your mouth good!

I've made them twice already. Once for my my family to rave reviews and then again for a dinner party and they were also a hit. I told the guests that the secret ingredient in the sauce was a whole bottle of peach preserves.

I also love that smoky background flavor that comes from the sizzling bacon in the sauce.

Another really, really, really, REALLY good Tyler Florence barbeque recipe is his Ultimate Barbequed Chicken. You gotta give that one a try too. It's excellent.

Watch the video and listen carefully before making this recipe. The total baking time is 4 hours. I didn't find this to be the best recipe regardless of the baking times being off. I like ribs that are cooked at a higher temp when the fat burns off but they are still moist and tender. The BBQ sauce is okay but didn't rescue the ribs.

This is the best bbq sauce ever. Will never use bottled again. Tyler is a master chef and never dissappoints. Ribs do need to cook for at least 5 hours to fall off the bone. Everyone loved it. A Winner.

As usual, Tyler is a master. He never disappoints and he sure didn't with this one. I followed this recipe pretty much the way it said. I know sometimes Tyler's recipes dont match the show but since I hadn't seen this one...only could follow the recipe itself. My boyfriend said the sauce was a definite keeper. Can't image anyone being disappointed... :

this is a great recipe, especially the sauce--I too, add a little chipotle for a kick and smoked paprika--I always love Tyler's recipes. I've noticed that his recipes on the Food Network website often have mistakes in them, for example wrong cooking times, etc. They do not replicate
the show. Someone needs to do a better job of editing.

Great Ribs. Pretty easy to make. Love the smoky touch from the bacon to go with sweet.
