Awesome!!! My husband has been begging me to make Beef Wellington for years! We watch Hell's Kitchen, and of course they make a Beef Wellington often. So, I decided to give it a try for his birthday. What a huge hit! This is so delicious, and it's really not difficult to make. I can't wait to make this for quests!

I made this awesome dish for my husband’s birthday and it was a hit with all our guests. I would definitely recommend this recipe. I did not make the peppercorn sauce instead I made a Marsala cream sauce. It was delicious! Well done Tyler!

Since I am having a dinner party this Saturday for 8, I decided to do a dry run for my husband and me a couple of weeks ago. I halved the recipe and other than the fact that I didn't let it rest for a full 10 minutes (too anxious,it still came out beautifully. I am going to try doing as much as possible the day before because this is going to be one of six courses paired with wines. I hope it comes out exactly the way my first one turned out. Thanks for the great recipe!

Thought I would give this a try, after watching FoodNetwork and Hell's Kitchen I decided it was time. It did not take seven hours to make/cook. Time consuming but it was sooo tasty. My husband and boys loved it.

This recipe is FABULOUS. I made this as a surprise for my sister and her husband, who were visiting me for Memorial Day. Halved everything, since it was only the 3 of us and had plenty. Made little leaves out of leftover pastry and placed them on top (like one would do with a pie. The green peppercorn sauce was excellent. (And flambéing is always a blast! Thanks, Tyler.

Though I do not frequently cook beef I could not resist trying this recipe after reading some of the reviews and I am so glad I did. I made this dish for New Year's Eve and it turned out beautifully. It is such a tasty meal do not let the many steps steer you away from trying this recipe at least once.

This is delicious and worth the time and effort for a special meal. I thought 125 degrees was a bit on the rare side. Next time I will take it out a 128 as suggested by another reviewer. Also,
in a 11 cup food processor it was difficult to finely chop the mushrooms, garlic and shallot. Next time, I will do this in two batches. I cut a crown for the top out of the extra as we were celebrating the "Royal Wedding".

We made this for Easter dinner and my mother said it was the best beef dish she has ever had including restaurants! It was extremely impressive to our guests as well as delicious! It did not take 6 hours, 3 at the most! The peppercorn sauce was fun to make because we got to flambe, however it was tasteless and not worth all the effort. We used probably 1.5 pastry sheets.
