Generally I'm not a big fan of cheesecake - but I decided to give this one a try. It was SOOOO good. My son-in-law thought it was the best cheesecake he ever tasted. I followed the recipe completely, except my water bath may have been a bit under that which was recommended. (I had trouble fitting my larger pan in my oven. Definitely give this one a try.

We love cheesecakes. My favorite are the lemon cheesecakes. I changing the the topping by making a lemon crub for topping.

I am not sure why they list the level of dificulty as expert, this cheesecake was pretty easy to make. Perhaps it was the waterbath, but it is really that hard. I have made it twice this holiday season, and I have to say that this is the creamiest cheesecake I have ever tasted. Totally awesome! If you like cheesecakes, you must try this recipie!
Oh, I did find it eaiser to make with a hand mixer than with a kitchen aid.

This is the best cheescake you'll ever try! We make it a day early, and the flavor just keeps getting better. It's a dinner party must!

This was the first cheesecake that I made and let me tell you, it was so easy to follow. Also, I was making it for a work party and it was an absolute hit. Everyone begged me to make another one for later on that week! Even though it's rated as expert, for a first timer I thought that it was a snap!

I've made this recipe numerous times - the first time to welcome my husband home from Sarajevo! We absolutely love it - very delicate. I don't have an 8" pan, so I use a 9" & place a roasting pan with the water onn the lower rack since my 9" won't fit into the pan. We like to bake the crust first, 10 min. @ 325. The blueberry topping is just right & so easy!

What a great dessert for company. Smooth and velvety. Quick to make. I use raspberries instead of blueberries. Fabulous!

Very straightforward to make. Tasted extremely good. used a 10" pan instead of an 8" and it still came out awesome!
